Even though a lovely hotel with very spacious modern rooms, I found that service was lacking, especially after the wonderful service we experienced in New York City Yes, it is a modern hotel with good amenities, and is very well located, but unfortunately for us, the service ruined our 3 night stay.

6. I am an I Prefer member and meant to receive extras such as complimentary internet, free upgrade, and welcome amenity; none of these were offered, and even after saying I was a member at check in, we were still charged for internet, and told that we would have to pay for an upgrade.
