3. When I ask about it at the front desk the desk person says he hasn't seen the papers yet --- but there's a big stack on the concierge's table so I just grab one and leave.

4. My hope for most travelers is that this need for a fridge will not cause similar issues -- and I don't know that the customer service gap would transfer to other element as the staff (at the front desk and the door) were incredibly helpful and polite.
