1. Rooms were clean, modern, nicely-sized (not huge, but not cramped either), beds were incredibly comfortable, nice sheets, etc. The bathroom was a little small, but it was clean and new, so that wasn't a problem for us.

7. The one thing that kept us from rating it 5 stars was that there were hairs in the shower when we arrived and my wife claims she found a hair on the bed when we pulled the sheets back.

8. Housekeeping brought up extra blankets, duvets, sheets and pillows - not to mention extra bath robes and our son did sleep on the floor that night but may not have suffered too much.
