1. I guess our disappointment really revolves around the fact we have stayed at the Bellagio in Vegas several times at a considerably cheaper cost and were expecting something in the same vein - it didn't come close.

Norman, the Bell Captain, brought us bottled waters after we returned from our morning jogs, and Jerry and the Concierge staff arranged daily visits at no cost to the Sheraton indoor pool across the street so that my son could swim (the Colonnade pool is an outdoor pool and was not yet open for the season).

6. I did book through a conference, so I'm not sure how reasonable the rates are compared to other hotels in the area, but it is a higher end hotel and would assume that the cost reflects this.
