6. The staff is very friendly and courteous, some of the best in the world in my experience actually; the location is excellent, super clean, convenient parking, tons of shopping and restaurants all over; but the room walls are thin as paper so you can hear every conversation going on next door, and a common problem in many hotels is that the main hallway doors of all the rooms SLAM shut with a massive boom; never understood how any hotel manager thinks this is acceptable.
"In the heart of Boston .. great staff and location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/2/2011 Vote

10. I spoke directly to the reservation staff---they offered a Frosty Friday special---1st night rate was the outside temperature at 5PM ($35) and second night was at regular rate ($249) with free parking (usually $38 per day), trolley ride tickets and free hot chocolate---a great value.
