1. I personally feel that charging for wi-fi today is just as outrageous as it would be if hotels charged for electricity and water - these are essentials and guests should not have to be charged an additional charge for this.

2. Normally I would write a really good review of this hotel (stayed here twice in the last month) but I got a rude awakening when I received a bill for a night we stayed despite no lights, no electricity, no hot water, people smoking pot on our corridor (which we could smell in our room), lifting our bags 7 flights, no food, no coffee etc etc.How can you charge full price when all we got is a bed to sleep on.

3. The door man said that he would organise a cab for us and on the departure day the cab did arrive but we were overcharged by approximately $20.00 and asked to pay a toll charge even though we had not passed through a toll.

6. As with most hotels, laundry services are expensive but we used Berkley Cleaners, 1 minutes walk away, who charge just $1 per lb of laundry with a next day service.
