1. Our initial suite was on the 2nd floor (pool view - not a good view), but we had no balcony or kitchenette (we had microwave and frig), the room was extremely small, hot and the furniture was old and outdated.

2. No stains, no chips, no bad smells at all (and I am VERY sensitive to smells) and the views were lovely.

3. left sink dirty-view obstructed by spots all over the windows not cleaned when we arrived-porch furniture literally falling apart-locks broken to main door and balconies-loud tree trimming and mess made pool area impossible to use one day, truck parked blocking path to beach.

7. Our 1 br suite over looking the ocean and pool was spectacular!(I've stayed at both the Marriot and Royal Palm in SOBE that had tiny balconies and minimal ocean view).
