1. -Oceanfront hotel, beach is steps away, free towels and chairs-location is amazing, right in south beach, steps from main drag ocean drive-room very large (we had room 305)-nice, large sundeckCons:-rooms are super dated, stuck in the 80's, unless you love the 80's, then you're set-room 305 had a bedroom and a living room area with 2 couches) but kinda smelled a little (not horrible though) and had no view-it was facing a parking lot and a bldg-no hangers in closets-hotel needs a makeover-used to be 2 hotels and merged into one, our friends got the other side of the hotel and got a really small room.

2. Back into the first room, Although the bathrooms were had been upgraded, the bathroom toilet seat was completely broken off and the second bathroom leaked water from the light fixture and please don't let me forget the stained wash clothes and towels.

3. If you want a quiet location, and BUT won't mind the mold, mildew and dirty towels and wash clothes, I recommend you choose this location.

4. The furniture was clean and daily visits from the cleaning staff meant fresh towels everyday and fresh bed linen every third day.

6. The pool was overrun with a huge group of people visiting a couple staying at the hotel --not hotel guests who were loud and had no problem using all the hotel beach towels and letting their boys overrun the pool and splash around like demons.

7. The only downside is that houskeeping service is very basic and the hotel frequently runs out of towels so you must call down to front desk alot, but the suites are clean and spacious with LOTS of closet space and nice views down to the pool.

8. For a small daily fee we had access to 2 beach chair ( on the beach) and beach towels.

9. I believe they must of had issues with the laundry machines becasue they took our towels and wash cloths and did'nt replace them.
