1. First, the positives -- thehotel is in a great location - a few blocks from 'The Strip', the pools and pool area was very nice, having direct access to the beach was wonderful too; and Carlos, Rosa and Nick provided excellent customer service.

3. The location turned out even better than we thought because it is completely accessible to all the SoBe fun and excitement, but it is just south of all the crazy traffic and noise.
