2. First, the positives -- thehotel is in a great location - a few blocks from 'The Strip', the pools and pool area was very nice, having direct access to the beach was wonderful too; and Carlos, Rosa and Nick provided excellent customer service.

The hotel is nice, very close to the beach, it has a nice pool, our room was big and clean with a style that is a mix between modern and colonial, BUT:we've spent 2 SLEEPLESS nights because of the noise done by people screaming in the adiacent rooms and in the corridors all night long, knocking at their friends doors and listening to music in the pool.

7. I thought it was crazy to have a heated (hot!) pool in May, but the evenings turned out to be surprisingly cool and the warm water was relaxing and wonderful.
