1. and to top it all off i get home and 4 days later they charged me $150 to my creditcard for no reason and when i call the hotel, instead of them being friendly and trying to help me figure out why my money was taken out some punk 'victor' gave me the biggest attitude!i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, please listen to me there are a bunch of beutifull hotels in southbeach i have been there many times, the pelican, the continental, and the royal palms are great.

2. Unfortunately at the time we visited, all hotels were horrifically overpriced so it can't be rated as value for money.

3. As I said above my hubby and I went there as part of our honeymoon and neither of us had anything other than a pleasant stay in a clean, spacious, quiet, value-for-money hotel - it was just what we wanted for our accommodation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends.

7. The only good thing is the location as it is right on the beach, but even then not worth all the money you pay to stay at a place with low hygiene and standards.

9. Actually Eating anythign cost money, with slow rude service, with gratuity automatically included, so no reprecucisons to wait staff for poor service.
