3. The room was clean, the cigarette stains in the carpet (as described in previous review) bothered me very much from the beginning but after having seen the other availabilities we went for it, mostly because of the location (top floor, balcony, great light).

5. Looking out on the other side of the small balcony we could see a small glimpse of the beach and pool which was great since we did not pay for a pool view.

6. It was right next to the elevator, which we thought may be bad but we did not hear any noise so it ended up being great because of the balcony.

8. Stayed in room 312 that is called a pool view one bedroom but it had an oceanview from the bedroom and balcony off a very nice livingroom.

9. Our initial suite was on the 2nd floor (pool view - not a good view), but we had no balcony or kitchenette (we had microwave and frig), the room was extremely small, hot and the furniture was old and outdated.
