6. Small things - like the magnetic door locks not working (had to get 8 new keys before any worked), elevators out of service, doors not closing all of the way, spotty internet wifi access, etc.With so many other options in South Beach, I would recommend exploring other locations until management at the Savoy starts paying attention to details.
