10. and to top it all off i get home and 4 days later they charged me $150 to my creditcard for no reason and when i call the hotel, instead of them being friendly and trying to help me figure out why my money was taken out some punk 'victor' gave me the biggest attitude!i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, please listen to me there are a bunch of beutifull hotels in southbeach i have been there many times, the pelican, the continental, and the royal palms are great.
