1. The main lobby was nice, but walking down the hallway to my room the paint was peeling off the walls and in desperate need of new paint.

3. The lobby was decent, but once we walked into the building that our room ( 316 ) was located in we immediatley smelled a horrid smell that was coming from the disgusting carpet.

The valet was quick and made parking a piece of cake, the hotel staff were very friendly and chatted to us every time we passed through reception - they were great at recommending places to go and giving directions and the lobby was fully stacked with plenty of leaflets/booklets on what we could do and where we could go in Miami.

9. The main lobby was ok, the pool was a very nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable, the beach was conveniently located and the deck was good for tanning, the gym, was not a very appeasing gym at ALL, it smelled of mildew and as if it had never been used.
