2. I definitely recommend the Veranda for breakfast (you get nice views of the ocean!)The pool is small for the size of the hotel and if you want a pool chair, you'd have to be there early (8am).

5. The first room we were assigned was fine, but I asked if they could get us in a room a little further down the hall, closer to the beach and a bit higher with a better view of Diamond Head and by the time I got down to the desk my key was already programmed.

10. We stayed in the Moana's Tower Wing in a partial ocean view room and it was very nice (would recommend the Tower, perhaps more so than the historic Banyan Wing, where we hear the rooms are small).
