1. Pros- atmosphere, location which was super convenient and close to many restaurants, beach rental area was $50 but totally worth it, breakfast buffet- we booked a package that included it and was terrificcons- we booked the 2nd most expensive room- the diamond oceanfront.

2. It doesn't hurt, of course, that it is in the center of beautiful Waikiki Beach with all the lights and action and tons of really nice shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Loved the rockers out front and the beautiful banyan tree at the back- unbelievably good location, steps away from great shopping and restaurants- very comfy beds and nice linens (as per the Westin standard)- housekeeping was very attentive (our room was quite spotless and well-stocked with toiletries)- breakfast buffet package was well worth it (particularly for a family).
