1. Everything worked in the room, had a small issue with the shower that ended up being MY fault.

6. The first room we got was extremely beat up (furniture chipped and damaged and not very clean (hair around the bathroom) and the shower areas had old glass/aluminum doors that were very worn/coroded with old caulk.

7. Well, we went to Universal and when we got back, we noticed no one fixed our shower or blinds so I 'TRIED' calling maint again but no luck; kept getting please hold, well, that did it for us, especially after seeing roaches running around too.
