1. Staff are friendly, pools are fantastic, shuttle services to Universal & Disney free of charge, rooms are spacious and clean and we had an in-room jacuzzi (which we did not know about at time of booking) which was a nice added touch.

2. The resort itself provides ample entertainment to spend a day or two on-site, even with children in tow, owing to the various activites that are available either free of charge, or for a nominal fee.

6. the new 1s look like there gonna b even better its only 1 resturant n they charge u 4 all the amnities whether ur an owner or not even the pool parties the resort hosts they charge 4 the food again whether ur an owner or not so just b prepared 2 spend some dough n this is b4 u even leave the resort.

7. Rooms beautiful just too expensive they charge u 4 everything if u have a CPU BRING IT!they charge 2 use it n they charge u 2 print 75ct per page WOW anyway yes i would recommend this place again.

9. Something else we noticed was that housekeeping was upon request and an additional charge would be paid- not a problem for our short stay but this would've been annoying if we were there for a while.
