9. As prior review stated, you are then directed to a table where they give you a welcome gift (box of cookies) & a welcome packet & proceed to TELL you that you will get free breakfast in the morning & attend a 60 minute meeting.

10. You first will be presented with an opportunity to get a free breakfast or lunch which will include a presentation about the property, but you will also receive 50 dollars and an owners pass (which allows you to actually do stuff on the property because otherwise it all costs extra).
