6. When I called and spoke with the Manager on Duty (Emanuel) and he offered to have the housekeeping come to HELP us clean the room, I was already done but still had a whopping 5 days remaining in my visit and know where to go as they were not going to refund my money.

7. They have multiple pools areas, a gym, attentive housekeeping staff, and if you have the right room a nice view of the lake.
