5. All this is, is a desk to arrange you to go to one of those awful 'timeshare' sale pitches, and the lady at this desk has the audacity to ask you for $20(fully refundable) I of course told her I won't be handing over NO money when she 'invited' me.

7. When I called and spoke with the Manager on Duty (Emanuel) and he offered to have the housekeeping come to HELP us clean the room, I was already done but still had a whopping 5 days remaining in my visit and know where to go as they were not going to refund my money.
