1. The size of the rooms, comfortable beds, jacuzzi tub, nice bathrooms and bath products, great kitchen with all the dishes and appliances i might need, two nice flat screen tv's and overall the amenities in the room, We had a car so didn't use the golf cart 'bus'.

6. Checking in was a overdone-I think we were passed through at least 3 people to check in, get our bags sorted, room sorted, maps sorted, etc. Our room was one of the newer rooms so it was very nicely appointed (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, lounge, kitchen, balconies).
