5. I wasn't hassled when I checked in to view a timeshare so that was pleasant and check-in was quick and friendly.

My check in took minutes, Miguel and Sergio were great, there was no pressure to attend the timeshare presentation (probably because my husband was not along), we got to use the owner's amenities for no charge - (owners bbq was a hoot!) discount on spa services (a little overpriced), no charge for marina, mini golf, etc. Personnel were very nice, accommodating.
