3. I booked directly through Westgate only because they did offer a great deal on a 2 bedroom with 2 Universal passes, so I was well aware of the upcoming sales presentation my husband & I needed to complete.

6. Keep in mind, we weren't eligible for a sales pitch!lol They did use a new technique that I had never heard before, telling us it was such a good deal that they were offering, that corporate would prefer us to just walk away.

8. Took forever to get any call answered, towels, get the Internet working, etc. Had we not had a great deal via a friend's time share I'd be far more critical.

10. A couple of downfalls, the parking can be a bit difficult, and to get a good deal on tickets you have to sit through a 3 hour time share talk.
