1. Ice machine and dryers were broke in our building for the whole week we were there,(Even after calling the first day), golf course, paddle boats, canoes, tennis, etc, closed at 5:30,(prettiest time of day), pool bar only open from 12-6:30, ask for help and get 'No Ingles',as reply, manager and staff not helpful, smoking allowed in areas and no ashtrays were provided, 'play ground' just a slide and monkey bars, this hotel should not be able to sell itself as a resort.
