3. They did end up giving us about 4 new mattress pads about 10 clean sheets which we used them all at one time not to mention we used 2 bottles of lysol spray on the bed before putting our sheets on the bed .

5. Horrible the hotel was filthy the rooms are across from a major highway noise all night long and when it came clean sheets they only changed them if you stayed 10 days.

7. first of all parking is horrible its a huge resort with a bunch of small parking spots they dont change thier sheets especailly the comforter thier were stains on the sheets i went to sleep and woke up very itchy took me two days to get new sheets and then they give me a bag of new sheets and i had to make my own bed thier were roaches in the room the tv dvd barely work tried sit in the hot tub in the bathroom and thier was somebodys hair and dirt from the last person who used it they i made my own bed and when it was check out they didnt change the sheets they wake you up early in the morning and if your not ready they wont back.

8. I called 8888 and after 5 minutes of waiting for someone to answer the phone, they finally took my call and said they would send someone with new sheets.

9. This is a time share, so be prepared to wash your own towels and sheets while you are there - no big deal for us, we knew what we were getting.
