1. They gave me an accessible room with no bath and a barely functional shower though I do not need a wheelchair and am not disabled.

3. If there is one thing that all hotels need to be able to do that's have hot water always on demand - went for x3 showers: 1 v luke warm, 1 warmish, 1 hot - not good.

4. The hotel is in need of a complete overhaul of its rooms the heat did not work, the showers in my room were too small, in my mothers room the floor would flood while taking a shower.
