3. The hotel staff told the parking outside on the street is free until 7 a.m., but it was free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Moreover, you can find plenty of free parking next to the hotel between those hours.

7. Legal Seafoods is around the corner, and we found an awesome deli - Croissant Dujour - in the building across the street serving cheap and delicious breakfast sandwiches and pastry and coffee.
