I opted for the covered parking across the
street
(where Maggiano's guests park) because it's slightly cheaper at $31/night.

Stayed recently at the Parl Plaza as they had a promotional rate that caught my eye and I remembered it was a nice close walk to Newbury
Street
.

The hotel staff told the parking outside on the
street
is free until 7 a.m., but it was free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Moreover, you can find plenty of free parking next to the hotel between those hours.

Legal Seafoods is around the corner, and we found an awesome deli - Croissant Dujour - in the building across the
street
serving cheap and delicious breakfast sandwiches and pastry and coffee.

If you love shopping it is about 3 blocks away from Boston's Newberry
Street
which is the equivalent of Beverly Hills' Rodeo Drive.

The location is the key attraction; close to the park and newbury
street
, in the theater district and near the start of the freedom trail.
