1. tub had some soft spots in the middle, an old hotel, don't expect a like-new room--keep in mind it is a very historical hotel.

4. The bathroom while large, had a very small sink area and there was no tub - it appeared to be a shower stall more appropriate for a handicapped guest.

5. The new room was barely better than the first -- crooked tiles in the bathroom, lukewarm AC, and the tub had been "refinished" by putting an ill-fitting liner over the old tub, so that while you're showering the liner moves under your feet.

9. The bathroom was very upscale with a dual head shower, porcelain tub and pedestal sink, marble flooring, and plenty of fresh smelling, clean towels.

10. So it was bad enough that they put us in a handicapped room that included a shower that was European style over a toliet and didn't have a bath tub, or anything and there was water all over the bathroom within seconds.
