1. Check in was easy and the front desk was courteous and professional.

4. The staff was great; efficient check-in, Concierge staff quickly helped me with looking up schedules for the commuter train to Salem, quick check-out, there is a computer station in the lobby to print boarding passes, and they stored my bags until later in the day until my flight.
