7. Yes, it is very nice that they claim to be the first hotel that invented some crazy gizmo on the room door that allows the cleaners to return your laundry without disturbing you , but that same gizmo is a nice metaphor for this place - currently useless, out of service, and ugly.

8. We had paid for the "tower level" service and it was nice to be able to go straight to the 15th floor for our check-in but the greeting we received was hardly welcoming.
