1. On, exit they gave us this huge telephone bill and when I questioned it, they simply said it was the supplier`s rates and not theirs, I don`t believe it.

2. I appreciated the manager taking care of the bill for the room, and he did seem like a good guy who was trying but just a bit overwhelmed, but all the same, we weren`t looking for a free room, we were looking for someplace nice where we could enjoy our special occaion and that was totally ruined.

3. Since getting my credit bill with the extre $353+ on it which we have no idea for accounting have never been available to take my call only a msg stating to fax complaint which I have and still not reply!diffinately would not recommend this hotel for a family stay or trust.

4. We were staying for five nights unfortunately our daughter became ill on the way over which turned into a bad flu we ask for some hot water to be sent to our room to make a hot drink as there was no kettle in the room when the waiter arrive he delivered a coffee pot with five bags of coffee which we did not ask for on contacting the reception it had been included on the bill for five nights stay which they said they would deduct which they had not (only discovered on receiving out credit card bill) My daughter was able to venture out on the third day and left her mobile behind as it did not work in the US.

5. They told me when I checked out that apparently that same bill had been slipped under the door of everyone on my floor because there was a computer glitch.
