1. i ask the manager who tells me' i have like 50 cars I'm trying to get right now it's not my job to know when yours is coming' (it's now been almost an hour and 15 minutes that I've been waiting in the cold with an appointment to get to)i told him 1.

2. I appreciated the manager taking care of the bill for the room, and he did seem like a good guy who was trying but just a bit overwhelmed, but all the same, we weren`t looking for a free room, we were looking for someplace nice where we could enjoy our special occaion and that was totally ruined.

6. we just had a lunch!) Had to involve a front desk manager to get a cup of tea (they served it to us in a different reataurant to avoid unpleasnt 'tea lady' encounter again)Would highly recommend 'Parings' restaurant there though.

7. It disappeared we contacted reception who sent the security manager up who did a quick scan of the room said he would follow it up we constantly room him to no satisfaction we went home with no contact from his as he was always at a meeting reception told us she could not interupt him that we should go home and email him for follow up.

8. it actually is his job because he is the manager of valet, he rolls his eyes on me and walks away (such great service) i told him i refused to pay for it.
