1. Plus, they do offer a shuttle bus tour of Boston that I highly recommend.

2. we just had a lunch!) Had to involve a front desk manager to get a cup of tea (they served it to us in a different reataurant to avoid unpleasnt 'tea lady' encounter again)Would highly recommend 'Parings' restaurant there though.

3. Since getting my credit bill with the extre $353+ on it which we have no idea for accounting have never been available to take my call only a msg stating to fax complaint which I have and still not reply!diffinately would not recommend this hotel for a family stay or trust.

5. I am definitely pleased with this hotel overall, though given the small room size and price, however, I'd recommend it primarily if you find good discounts or are planning on walking/metro and spending little time in the room.
