1. Check out was easy - we were able to print our boarding passes in the reception lobby area and the hotel arranges an airport shuttle bus.

Arrived on dec26 for a 5 night stay in boston arrived early fromUK and got checked in early, Grand lobby area make for a impressive entrace, Room wasnt large but then again wasnttiny it was clean and serviced everyday, Hotel is in a greatlocation 5 mins walk from the park/common 5 mins fromthe upmarket shopping of newbury street and 10-15 from theshopping mall at the prudentical centre, With the T subway system within 5 mins cant fault the locationBut as written on here before the TV internet in the room is useless worst than useless i then paid $10 for 30 minutes on line at the buisness centre which worked fineat check out they were more than happy to remove the in roominternet charge and also a couple of failed phonecalls to the UK with a post office phonecard that wouldnt dial through a coupleof times, would stay again.

4. Do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel, but if you like a good steak, check out Bonfire.

5. Among other things this entitled you to complimentary continental breakfast (which was very good) and the ability to check out at the concierge desk, instead of waiting in line in the lobby.

7. When we went to check out, their system was updating so they had to call us to get the credit card number that we wanted to use.

8. We understood the whole issue of having to update the system, but it was about 10:30am when we wanted to check out and when we came back after our conference around 1pm the system was STILL down.

9. he took my name and room number and agreed to take it off the billthe next AM at check out GUESS WHAT WAS STILL ON MY BILL!they eventually removed it after I had to seriously argue for a significant time.
