2. All the staff is very helpfull and I have to make an especial mention to the concierge service, always polite and looking for the best recomendations for their guests, the concierge can help you with absolutly everything you need to have a pleasent stay at this hotel.

4. The staff was great; efficient check-in, Concierge staff quickly helped me with looking up schedules for the commuter train to Salem, quick check-out, there is a computer station in the lobby to print boarding passes, and they stored my bags until later in the day until my flight.
