1. The shower had two options, freezing or scalding.

3. A 'junior suite', it was dark, sparsely furnished (and no wall hangings at all - we were told the previous occupant had stayed for 3 months and had all decoration removed), and had a shower so small the water poured out the door as you got in.

10. Lots of little things below par: Toilet seat had a piece broken on the lid rim, paint finish in shower room was poor, large sink was badly placed so that you had to be careful not to trip over the shower tray as they almost overlapped.
