2. The staff held our bags and even though we arrived early to stow our bags long before check-in in order to go to the Met museum when it opened, they invited us to have free coffee and bagels.

4. This hotel surpassed every need we had: we were given an upgrade upon check-in into a lovely, high ceilinged, wood trimmed suite, huge king with soft linens with superb air conditioning, tv, sunny and clean bath/shower.
