1. The Service great the utmost professional and warmest makes us feel like home away from home Staff knows our names and always available for any help specially the Front Desk and great advice and listeners when you even just want to talk about life and things.

3. The service was great as usual even though I miss this Great Front Office Manager Edwin, who has moved up in position but his service has been the most exceptional, professional and warmest my family and I have experience in the world.

5. There is the usual nickle-and-diming, such as the $12.95 daily internet fee, steep rates even for local calls and so forth, but hey, the service is friendly and, if you want to be on the upper east side, the Wales is a comfortable, no-nonsense choice.

6. The service was good; a continental breakfast is served on the 2nd floor, and Sarabeth's East (yummy) is right downstairs, and connected to the lobby.
