7. I'm a city girl (I actually live in NY, but don't have enough room for all of us in my apartment) and am used to street noise, but it was unusually evident here (fortunately the neighborhood itself is relatively quiet, but traffic and garbage trucks are still easily heard).

8. There is much that is charming about the Wales--the neighborhood is quiet and lovely (though perhaps a bit inconvenient), proximity to Sarabeth's (in the building) is a breakfast plus, the staff is friendly, and the hotel is small with a cozy, European feel.
