2. While in NYC to meet some friends for dinner we popped up to 92nd and Madison to check out the Hotel Wales which had rates of $291 for a room, the Area is lovely quiet near many museums one block from bus route on 5th and surrounded by wonderful restaurants.

3. There are two very good restaurants in the same building which we tried for lunch and dinner with friends and liked: Sarabeth's and Paola's.

4. The 'gym' was a large closet with four pieces of old equipment that did not open until 8 am, the time of my confereance and it closed before I got back from dinner.

5. the Wales Hotel is a bit older,but everthing is in order,spottless clean rooms,very friendly staff,(from Bellman to Frontdesk)for this location reasonable-take the suite with the extra sitting area-Thursdays to Sunday you can enjoy(Summer)the Rooftop Bar for Sunset and romantic moments-wishing to have a place in one of the best locations in the world-and for Dinner you go just arround the corner to PAOLA,S- one of the best iatalien Restaurant in town.
