1. The staff were very attentive and responsive to requests for additional towels, etc.We generally had breakfast at the hotel buffet (kids were free), which was a better value than getting an equivalent meal at a nearby restaurant.

I WILL say that staff was sent up IMMEDIATELY withing about 2 min of our call and we were never without fresh towels or coffee/creamer etc. I did suggest to the front desk that perhaps something in the cleaning schedule should be adjusted for folks who want to linger in the room a while in the AM.

4. Clean room, hot water, fresh towels every day and a good location and they don't mind looking after your suitcases for a couple of hours after you've checked out.

5. my husband and 3 kids, 21,19 and 11 stayed in 2 rooms here for 6 nights, cannot fault the hotel it was spotless, maid came and cleaned the room every day with fresh towels every day, all staff very friendly and helpful great computer room and small gym and great location to all the sights would highly recommend this hotel, this trip was a birthday treat for me and we had an amazing time.
