1. (however nothing to do with billing, i suggest you pre-pay like i did so that the hotel can confirm no charges have to be added to your creditcard if i read some of the reviews.

3. Either you bill the full stay to the customer's card at check in (which we have had done many times and have no problem with this) or you use the preauth # that is generated at the time of preauth when checking out a room so that you are not holding funds on a customer's credit card.

5. They accused me of trying to scam them out of the cost of the hotel bill, accused the incentive company of never sending credit card information and told me that 'we'll apologize if you send us the original payment', which is impossible because they lost it.

8. The only service you do get from them is the bill for the meal otherwise it is up to each individual to work out they need to order their meal at the hatch and for the cook to cook and give you your meal.
