1. Bath towels are too small.

2. The few coffee, tea and condiments were not even replaced after the first day, the two glasses were taken and not replaced (we had to call and ask for replacements), and dirty towels were left on chairs in our room, after housekeeping had been there.

3. - Front entrance: noisy cars (radio), Valet staff should be trained on the how to present and be polite- Cleanliness: Dust everywhere (in the room, in common places), dirty towels.

6. Some hotels now use products that have little or no odor for cleaning leaving the bathroom areas to smell like the industrial paper towels used to clean the bathroom a rather unpleasant, sour smell.

7. This is a very nice hotel - exactly what you would expect from a Hyatt - quality rooms, furnishings, bed, bedding, desk, lighting, TV, bathroom, towels, amenities, etc. Everything was clean and in excellent condition.

I had a King room on the 6th floor and found the room comfortable with the usual facilites (see photos):- Large HD flat screen TV- Coffee / tea making facility- Desk, phone, internet access ($19.98 for 2 days at time of writing this review)- Complimentary toiletries- Hairdryer- Iron & board in-roomI made use of the hotel's gym which provided a decent amount of equipment and a pool; towels provided in the gym area, which is located on the 2nd floor.
