There is no on-site club concierge to help arrange restaurant reservations or offer suggestions on itineraries, tours, etc. The club food offerings were very good although they skimp on the desserts and if you arrive even five minutes after dessert is set out, nothing is left!(Not that we need it.

9. We had no problems with check-in, the concierge, bell, doorman service, housekeeping, etc. The doormen were very friendly and helpful, as was other staff, but the bar and restaurant staff were either gruff or indifferent.
