6. Just got back from washington and stayed at the Hyatt for 3 nights for our 25th wedding anniversary, check in was easy and received good service from Kenneth(Trainee) who was very helpful and friendly who also helped out in the Regencey Club and is a defintley a credit to the Hyatt.
