4. Someone didn't like the shelf over the wash bowl in the bath room, but it was quite long--4 or 5 feet and wide enough to hold things.
"Better Than I Expected " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/23/2012 Vote
5. Bath robes and slippers were available on request, but there is no notice for that so definetly ask if you need them.

6. When asked if we needed help with our luggage, I told the clerk how we came on a 'whim' and had none; she sent toiletries and bath-robes to the room.
"A 'Capitol Idea' " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/13/2012 Vote
7. The only downside on this stay was that my room didn't have a bath tub (but others do), and the hotel itself is fairly mainstream (corporate) in terms of ambience.
"Great experience again at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/14/2011 Vote
8. The first night was like a steam bath, the AC unit was not working properly (6th floor) and there was a damp odor, the next morning I informed the front desk and they offered to switch to a room across the hall and it was not much better.
"Great Location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/12/2011 Vote
9. The only downside I experienced was the bath towels are cheap and not too high in quality and they charge for Wi-Fi ($9.99/24-hours) in the room is you want to connect.
"Nice accomodations close to Capitol, Mall & Union Station " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/23/2011 Vote
10. Don't expect 'thick terry bath robes' (there aren't any), quiet rooms (they're all loud), a relaxing experience at the pool (full of kids at all hours), or any kind of exclusive treatment at a hotel like this, regardless of what the advertising says.
"Regency Club Rip Off " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/6/2010 Vote
