On the good side: 1) great location just 2 blocks from Capitol Hill; 2) a deli is now located across the street where you can buy some groceries also; 3) the room we had was almost perfect in the sense that the bed comfort was great, bathroom amenities more than fine; flat screen TV had a good selection of channels; 4) the air conditioning system was easily adjustable and worked fine without a lot of noise; 5) we were close enough to the elevator and ice machine but heard none of the noise associated with those devices.
