The food was totally overpriced (($60 for 2 salmon salads and one coke delivered during lunch in the conference room), the free wireless service (specifically ordered for this conference) did not function for any of the 3 days of the conference and some colleagues who out of sheer desperation had bought a paid internet connection from the hotel also could not get online.

4. At one point the staff overheard me making a comment about the buffet selection and within less than 15 minutes the kitchen had provided us with another choice, what great service.
